Leaflets - New for 2012 - ASA Approved

Churchdown Osteopaths produce a range of patient information leaflets. These are available in reception, or on request we will send copies to interested people.

The leaflets are also available for other osteopathic practices to purchase for use in their clinics. These can be ordered over the phone for payment by credit card, or sending us the order form with a cheque. We endeavour to send parcels out within 48 hours wherever possible.
